There are several clinical and experimental data suggesting an impaired decidual trophoblast invasion in pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome.What does this study add? The present study demonstrates significantly decreased serum levels of pregnancy‐associated plasma protein‐A and free β‐human chorionic gonadotropin in pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome who underwent first trimester screening test for aneuploidy.
