A case is described of the diagnosis by ultrasound scanning during the second trimester of Conradi‐Hünermann' s syndrome (asymmetrical rhizomelic limb shortening or chondro‐dysplasia calcificans punctata). The prenatal diagnosis of limb shortening deformities is discussed.
