The proton and carbon‐13 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of polyneuridine from Rhazya orientalis , 19‐( Z )‐akuammidine and 16‐epi‐voacarpine from Gelsemium elegans have been unambiguously assigned through COSY, nOe, AFT, HETCOR, CSCM 1D and selective INEPT spectroscopy.
