Tensile, flexural, and impact behaviors of CaCO 3 ‐filled polybenzoxazine are studied in the 0–30 wt% filler content range. This work also investigates the role of the particle size of the filler and the effect of the interface on these properties. Dynamic mechanical measurement has been carried out to support the static mechanical testing. Moreover, the viscosity of neat benzoxazine monomer and the monomer with 18% oligomer has been measured to compare against the viscosity of a novolac resin.
