Thyroid carcinomas are an uncommon entity in childhood. We report a case of papillary thyroid cancer presenting as Horner syndrome in a 14 year‐old child, which is the only reported such case in the pediatric population. Pediatr Blood Cancer. 2010;55:739–741. © 2010 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
