We conducted surface initiated polymerization from stretched poly(dimethylsiloxane) to construct a polymer/PDMS bilayer structure, which formed crack‐free wrinkles over large area (>6 cm 2 ) upon recovery from the stretched state. This system further allowed us to reveal the dynamics and memory effect of wrinkling. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
