We consider the Prandtl‐Reuss dynamical model of elasto‐perfect plasticity. In the case of non‐homogeneous mixed boundary conditions we were able to omit the standard assumption of safe‐load conditions by introducing much easier one ( admissibility of Neumann boundary data ).
