We extend the notion of definitizability from selfadjoint operators in Krein spaces to products of selfadjoint operators in Hilbert spaces and show that the spectral properties essentially remain the same. (© 2012 Wiley‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
