Abstract The present study deals with the general case of the quasi‐linear command systems with a small parameter. We shall determine an approximate solution of the problem of optimum which minimizes the class of the quadratic functionals in a non‐specified final time. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
