The supersymmetric extension of the Korteweg‐de Vries equation (super‐KdV) is considered. The direct and inverse scattering problems are studied and the N‐soliton solutions are obtained. The quantization of this dynamical system is introduced and possible application of the quantum inverse scattering method is also dicussed. (© 2004 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
