The problem of stochastic dynamics of elastic beams of deterministic parameters loaded by the trafic flow is considered. Each vehicle is modelled by one or more random point forces travelling with the same constant speed. As a model of vehicle arrivals the renewal stochastic processes are adopted. An analytical technique is developed to determine the two first probabilistic characteristics of the beams response. Numerical examples are provided.
