The Cover Feature illustrates the microscopic interactions between oxygen and defective ZnO nanoparticles, including surface adsorption and bulk diffusion. The apparent activation energies are estimated to be 0.093 and 0.67 eV, respectively, which explain the extreme sensitivity and the varied electrical response of defective ZnO to environmental oxygen at different temperatures. It also suggests that attention should be paid to the environment when handling defective oxides. More information can be found in the Communication by H. Qiu and co‐workers on page 491 in Issue 7, 2018 (DOI: 10.1002/open.201800044).
