The fragmentation behavious under electron of di‐ and tri‐peptide analogues containing amino acid (aa) and aminomethylphosphonic acid (ap) groups are described. Successive fragmentations of the molecular ions provided a convenient method for the sequence determination of peptides containing aa and ap units.
