For years, a debate has raged over whether service excellence belongs on campus. Since the pandemic, however, colleges and universities have diligently crafted new ways to deliver campus programs and services. On many campuses, students may order meals online, reserve workout times in personal fitness pods, schedule telemedicine appointments, and attend asynchronous online courses at their leisure.
