With the COVID‐19 pandemic, colleges and universities nationwide were forced to unexpectedly move courses online to finish out the spring 2020 semester. While many campuses do not yet have answers whether fall courses will be held on campus or online, or some yet‐to‐be‐determined hybrid version of both, instructors and enrollment officials should be ready to conduct engaging and informative online orientations in advance of the fall.
