DALLAS — Texas Woman's University experienced a 40.64% increase in master's‐level new‐student enrollment and a 36.36% increase in doctoral‐level new‐student enrollment between spring 2017 and spring 2019. And to make that success even better, students were recruited to maximize revenue under the state's funding formula.
