As a relatively early entrant into offering online learning, Weber State University already has a 20‐year history of understanding the ways technology alternatives can benefit adult learners. Online and hybrid classes have helped the Utah university grow graduate programs that are tailored to older students, and these options are helping faculty become more at ease with communicating in an online format.
