When the enrollment services division at Central New Mexico Community College started looking at digital services for diplomas, transcripts, and other credentials, they were guided by the institution's strategic plan. One of the plan's priorities was to shift from college‐owned technology to student‐owned technology, said Feng Hou, chief information officer and chief digital learning officer.
