Beth Rubin, Ph.D., has worked in adult and online education at both nonprofit and for‐profit institutions. In her current role as dean of adult and online education at Campbell University, Rubin is in a unique position to have learned from the best of both worlds, and tries to bring that philosophy to her current work. “I've done adult and online learning at a range of both for‐profits and nonprofits, which gives me a different experience base and perspective,” Rubin said.
