BOSTON — There is no single silver bullet to building a recruitment pipeline while also increasing retention rates at your campus. “It's tempting to switch [recruitment strategies] if you don't see results in a year,” said Ronda Russell, director of admissions at Montana State University. Russell and Patricia Peek, dean of undergraduate admission at Fordham University, shared how they found success at their respective institutions by focusing on a multiyear recruitment strategy, building a focused drive to institutional success over time, at a session at the national conference for the National Association for College Admission Counseling.
