HOLLYWOOD, FLA. — When Stephen T. Bajjaly arrived at Wayne State University in 2007, the graduate program in the School of Library and Information Science didn't offer an online option. Bajjaly, associate dean and professor, had taught online for a long time. In fact, he started in distance education with closed circuit television combined with driving to sites for contact hours on weekends.
