Providing support to faculty members who teach online can be a challenge. That's especially true at an institution like Ashford University, where most of them are adjuncts who teach nights and weekends and work during the day at other jobs. But because so many adult learners opt for online classes because of the flexibility and convenience they offer, it's important that adjunct teaching in your distance programs have the resources and support they need to be good teachers.
