New research shows that nonprofits are getting better at ensuring their marketing emails reach the intended recipients. But still, roughly one in six such emails don't ever make it to the right inbox, for one reason or another, demonstrating that more focus is needed on curating “clean” email lists and avoiding other pitfalls that can lead to low “inboxing rates.”
