Total revenues for the top 30 U.S. peer‐to‐peer fundraising campaigns declined slightly in 2018, but a deeper look at the numbers shows these events are actually on the upswing. As laid out in the 2018 Peer‐to‐Peer Fundraising Thirty , an annual survey by the Peer‐to‐Peer Professional Forum, the overall decrease was much less than the year before, and if you took out one major outlier that posted a huge decrease for the year, the numbers actually show a revenue increase for 2018, indicating that the overall climate for peer‐to‐peer fundraising is improving.
