Over two dozen midcareer nonprofit professionals will benefit this year from a new career development program launched by the Allstate Foundation and directed by faculty at Northwestern University that is designed to prepare highly motivated nonprofit staff to take on expanded leadership roles, and to use their newfound knowledge to transform their organizations and communities.
