With the boom in wireless communications and mobile‐based technology over the last decade, organizations of all types and stripes have expanded the ways in which they market their products and engage with their customers—and the nonprofit sector is no different. But new data shows that charities continue to lag when it comes to maximizing their electronic communications—and they are missing out on key advantages.
