The urodynamic evaluations of 44 consecutive stroke patients were evaluated retrospectively. The results were evaluated with regards to the location of the cerebrovascular accident. Urodynamic findings could not be characterized by the site of the cerebrovascular injury sustained. In this retrospective study, we were not able to define an influence of a dominant hemispheric stroke upon future bladder function.
