1 H and 13 C NMR assignments of the two isomeric epoxysitosterols, 5,6α‐epoxy‐5α‐stigmastan‐3β‐ol (1) and 5,6β‐epoxy‐5β‐stigmastan‐3β‐ol (2), isolated from the leaves of Rhododendron formosanum Hemsl were achieved by 1D and 2D techniques such as DEPT, HMBC, HMQC, COSY and NOESY.
