The slow exchange 360 MHz 1 H NMR spectra of cis ‐ transoid ‐ cis ‐perhydroanthracene and of cis ‐decalin have been assigned. Shift increments due to the cis ‐annelation of a tetramethylene bridge to cyclohexane are presented.
