The temperature dependence of NQR frequencies and spin‐lattice relaxation times in Menshutkin's complexes, prepared on the basis of AsCl 3 and AsBr 3 have been investigated. The rotational oscillation frequencies ν t and the average life times τ a of rotational oscillation quanta have been calculated by both the Bayer and Woessner‐Gutowsky theories.
