77 Se and 13 C chemical shift of 19 1,2,3‐selenadiazoles are discussed in terms of substituent effects and conforma‐tional behaviour of the molecules. It is shown that the 77 Se chemical shifts of such compounds are suitable tools for chiral discrimination in diastereomeric compounds.
