The solid‐state 13 C NMR spectra of a series of titanium tetrachloride‐ketone and titanium tetrachloride‐ester complexes are presented. The kind of complexation is discussed. The activation energy and the mechanism (planar inversion) for the syn‐anti isomerization at the oxygen atom was evaluated.
