The complete assignments of the 1 H and 13 C resonances of three TcOLX complexes of oxotechnetium(V)‐99 with H 2 L= N,N ‐bis(2‐mercaptoethyl)‐ N′,N′ ‐diethylethylenediamine or N,N ‐bis(2‐mercaptoethyl)‐2‐ethylthioethylamine and X= p ‐methoxythiophenolate or chloride ions are reported. Chemical shifts are influenced by the proximity of protons and carbons to the coordinated heteroatoms and by their orientation with respect to the TcO core. The NMR spectra at room temperature are the result of motionally averaged conformations.
