Carbon‐13 NMR studies were performed for a series of allosteric effectors of hemoglobin. Spectral assignments were made by comparison of 1 H‐decoupled 13 C spectra; for selected cases, 2D HETCOR experiments were applied. High regularity in the chemical shifts of the similar fragments of these structures was found.
