Schiff's base formation rater than molecular association between acetone and 3‐amino‐6‐methoxypyridine

A previous report of a complex between 3‐amino‐6‐methoxypyridine and acetone has been shown to be incorrect. The 1 H and 13 C NMR signals that were attributed to the complex have been shown to be due to the formation of a Schiff's base.
