The 13 C NMR spectrum of anisomycin and the 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of deacetylanisomycin were assigned using one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR analysis. The techniques included INEPT, 1 H 13 C HETCORR and 1 H‐ 1 H COSY spectroscopy.
