Proton and carbon NMR chemical shift assignments for (+)‐( S )‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydroimidazo‐9‐chloro‐5‐methyl‐6‐(3‐methylbut‐2‐enyl)imidazo[4,5,1‐ jk ][1,4] benzodiazepin‐2(1 H )‐thione (TIBO) were made based on 1D and 2D NMR measurements at 9.4 T.
