Abstract Two new β‐dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene polyesters were isolated from Celastrus paniculatus . The structures were deduced using various 2D NMR techniques (HH COSY, CH COSY, COLOC, NOESY), NOE difference spectra and mass spectra. The positions of the ester moieties were located by 2D heteronuclear correlated spectra via long‐range coupling, or combined with NOE experiments. Their stereochemical structures were studied and the complete assignments of the 1 H and 13 C chemical shifts were made.
