The 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of eledoisin, an antidiuretic hormone, were studied by two‐dimensional NMR techniques. All the 1 H and 13 C NMR resonances were unambiguously determined from a combination of the 2D homo‐ and hetero‐nuclear NMR spectra.
