The application of a non‐refocusing INEPT pulse sequence in 119 Sn NMR spectroscopy allows the determination of n J ( 119 Sn, 1 H) values by comparison of the observed patterns with calculated spectra. It gives an easy access to n J ( 119 Sn, 1 H) values in butyltin derivatives.
