The 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of Diosbulbin A, B, D and G have been studied. The proton spectra were analysed with the aid of nuclear, magnetic double resonance and comparison with reference compounds. The assignments of the carbon shifts have been obtained by means of proton noise decoupling, single frequency off‐resonance decoupling, the attached proton test and by comparison with reference compounds.
