The 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of antamanide were analysed by using the concerted application of two‐dimensional (2D) homocorrelated ( 1 H 1 H) and heterocorrelated ( 13 C‐ 1 H) spectroscopy. Through these experiments it was possible to confirm the assignment of many of the 1 H and 13 C NMR signals of antamanide and, in addition to provide further assignments. The temperature coefficients of all the N H resonances were calculated by comparing 2D spectra obtained at different temperatures.
