Long‐range four‐ and five‐bond 1 H‐ 1 H coupling correlations have been observed in the dipeptide L‐Lys‐L‐Phe by using the two‐dimensional SUPERCOSY technique. Complete resonance assignments of all the non‐exchangeable protons in the dipeptide have been obtained.
