Abstract Two methoxylated isoflavones were isolated form the roots of Dalbergia horrida . These compounds show great promise as pharmaceutical agents. The 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of the compounds were completely assigned by using a combination of 2D NMR experiments which included 1 H– 1 H COSY, HMQC and HMBC studies.
