The structure of a new bufadienolide glycoside, cinobufagin 3‐ O ‐β‐ D ‐glucoside, was determined by extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques ( 1 H, 13 C, DEPT, COSY, HSQC, g‐HMBC and NOESY).
