The 1 H and 13 C shifts of six N ‐benzyl‐(piperidin or pyrrolidin)‐purines were fully assigned by a combination of HSQC and HMBC experiments. The 1 H, 1 H coupling constants were also determined. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
