A technique for determination of excitation voltages of a linear waveguide slotted array from its measured radiation pattern is described in this Letter. Only the measured far‐field amplitude pattern is used for calculating the slot excitation voltages using FFT algorithm. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
