In this contribution we present a general matrix formalism to determine the singular electromagnetic field behavior at the common tip of a number of concentric circular cones consisting of lossless biisotropic, perfect electric conducting or perfect magnetic conducting material. Three cases are studied in detail: a chiral salient and reentrant cone, two perfectly conducting cones, and a perfectly conducting cone balancing on a semiinfinite chiral space.
