This report discusses the new effects and phenomena that can be discovered in wave reflection from a planar isotropic‐biisotropic interface. The reflection matrices and Brewster angles are used to derive the transmission dyadics of the problem and eigenpolarizations of the Brewster reflection condition. Nonreciprocal cross‐Brewster angles are derived for which one of the cross‐polarization reflection coefficients vanishes but not the other one. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
