Pulse propagation and crosstalk phenomena in metallic and superconducting coupled microstrip lines laid on semi‐insulating substrate are analyzed. Propagation characteristics of the studied lines are obtained through the well‐known spectral domain approach. Time domain results are determined by a fast Fourier transform. Effects of the nature of the strips are investigated.
